Through the teaching of Jesus, and by his example, God makes it possible for us to ‘love’, ‘adventure’ and ‘grow’. Our Christian ethos and adventure curriculum at Holy Trinity will ignite the children’s love for learning and exploring their faith. We will inspire each and every one of our school family to flourish and embrace the diversity and challenges of life.

Matthew 19:26  (NIV) 26 Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

‘We love, we adventure, we grow’

Easter at the Church!
19/03/2026 11:15 AM

Our Year 5 and 6 children took part in an Easter extravaganza at St. James Church, where they enjoyed a meaningful and engaging experience. They received an agape meal of flatbread and pomegranate juice, symbolizing fellowship and remembrance. The children also experienced foot and hand washing reflecting practices from the Bible and brought the Easter story to life by acting it out together. To celebrate Jesus’ victory, they each painted an egg, adding a creative and joyful element to the day.

Foodbank visit

Recently, our worship leaders and pupil governors visited the local Foodbank in Brownhills to understand its importance and the support it provides to those in need. During their visit, they learnt how the Foodbank operates by checking dates on products, organising donations and preparing boxes for families, helping them to see how acts of kindness can have a powerful impact. This experience deepened their understanding of service and reinforced the importance of helping others within our community.

SIAMS Inspection - October 2022

SIAMS inspection focuses on the impact of the Church school's Christian vision on pupils and adults. This involves looking at the school’s Christian vision, the provision the school makes because of this vision and how effective this provision is in enabling all pupils to flourish. Church schools will employ a variety of strategies and styles appropriate to, and reflective of, their particular context in order to be distinctively and effectively Christian in their character and ethos. SIAMS inspectors therefore do not look for a set template of what a Church school should be like, but rather take the particular context of the school into account and base their evaluation on the outcomes rather than the process.

1 Corinthians 13:4-7 4

4 Love is patient, is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonour others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps records of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Don't try to be perfect just try to be better than you were yesterday!

At Holy Trinity it is essential that Christian Ethos is a living breathing entity from the moment our children enter the school grounds to the moment they leave. By ensuring that they are provided with a constant daily exposure, we know that the grounding and foundation children are provided for at school will ensure that this will travel with them throughout their lives beyond Holy Trinity.
